1. Blend Ingredients You may want to gradually add ingredients to your blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth. 2. Pour Blended Mixture Into Molds 3. Freeze Leave in the freezer for at least 8 hours. 4. Remove From Molds To help release the popsicles from their molds, run each one under warm water for 30-60 seconds. 5.
