Welcome!  We are truly glad you are here.  My name is Amanda Smith. I am also a mother, a wife, a personal trainer, former couch potato who lost 105 lbs., turned nutritionist and world's okay-iest weight lifter.  Our business was founded on December 9, 2016.  After using space at a local restaurant, we decided to put down roots in Posey county, just outside of Cynthiana, IN .  Our passion is making food accessible to the busy, the special requirements, and those in need of help.

Simply put, we believe in options other than frozen grocery store foods,  heaping responsibilities on busy family members, or take out.  Let us help to fill your dietary requirements and give you some of your time back.
