WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
*You will receive a text message that gives you a window of time of our arrival as well as confirmation of delivery. Not going to be home? Leave a cooler in your driveway/porch. We will fill it! Or, a garage fridge works great too!
***Our drivers are part of our team, NOT a third party. So, you can feel safe leaving a code to a garage or a lockbox. We care for grandmas, parents, and even know your pets names!
WINDOW OF DELIVERY: 8am - 12:30pm. We cannot promise delivery times. $10 flat fee.

WHERE ARE THE MEALS MADE?
We have a commercial kitchen that is inspected by the local health department. We are located at 11330 Water Tank Rd. Cynthiana, IN. All meals are prepared fresh each week by our team. We follow the same guidelines and are inspected the same as your favorite restaurant.
WHO ARE YOUR MEALS FOR?
Simply Prepped Meals truly has an answer for everyone's unique nutritional time crunch. Currently, we are serving anyone who would benefit from a steady, whole foods based diet for weight loss or health needs as well as busy families who want a nutritious dinner ready to go after a day full of work and school. We aren't talking "fitness" or "rabbit food", we are talking comfort food, just done a bit better.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A PLAN?
No. You choose individually and pay as you go so you get exactly what you want, when you want.
SOUNDS AMAZING. HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
An average meal is about $8.99. This can vary if you customize it.
HOW IS THE VARIETY OF FOOD?
Our variety is possibly one of our best traits. Each week, we offer a new menu with a rotation of entrees, soups, salads and Breakfast. Each menu is posted and emailed Thursday.
WHAT ABOUT IF THERE IS FOOD I JUST HATE/ALLERGIES?
That's perfectly fine. Simply tell us what your allergies are or foods you strongly dislike and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have a serious allergy, please note, *we are not screened as peanut/gluten/egg free*. We can do our best to keep these items out of your meals, however, we urge you to use caution depending on your allergy as we can not guarantee cross contamination.

ARE THE MEALS FROZEN?
No. They will arrive fresh to allow you to choose which in enjoy first.
HOW DO I STORE MY FOOD?
Regardless of your plan choice, we recommend storing half of your meals in the freezer and the other half in the refrigerator to ‘slack’. SPM products are devoid of preservatives. However, this means that our food won’t have quite the same ‘staying power’ as traditional, ready-to-eat meals. Once one day’s worth of meals has been removed or consumed, take a day’s worth of meals from your freezer and place them into the fridge to thaw.
HOW DO I HEAT MY FOOD?
There are actually a wide array of options for reheating our dishes. All our packages are 100% recyclable, BPA-free, dishwasher safe. Traditionally, most people choose to use the microwave. However, you could easily transfer the food to a skillet or oven dish to heat in your range at home.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY CONTAINERS?
While we would love to take them back and reuse them, that isn’t exactly food safe. They are 100% recyclable as is all of our packaging.
