    Low carb/Profile: 4 oz grilled chicken served with 1/2 C of carrots and 1 1/2 C green beans. Profile exchange: 2 fats, 1 protein, 2 C veggies, 11g net carb
    Low carb will feature a low carb wrap. Profile meals will also omit corn.
    Low carb/Profile: Noodles will be swapped out for chopped cauliflower. Profile exchanges: 2 Cups of veggies, 1 Protein, 2 fat, 8 net carbs
    Low carb/Profile: Low carb wrap utilized to make a folded sandwich with celery.
    Low carb/Profile: Rice is omitted and peas and broccoli will be in it's place (2 Cups). Profile exchange: 1 fat, 1 protein, 2 cups vegetables, 12g net carbs (vegetable)

    Eggs, sweet potatoes, onions, and broccoli. Low carb will omit the potatoes and sub more broccoli.
    Low carb will add broccoli and remove potatoes

    Yes, you can use your meal plan credits towards our famous Protein Ball treats!
    Please keep in mind, we are growing fast and sometimes these go out of stock without being to catch it.  We will tell you if this happens and are really sorry.  You should know we are taking steps to fill the demand such as purchasing and building/modifying a machine to make them!
