Skinny Shrimp Scampi with Broccoli
3oz of shrimp sautéed in a white wine and lemon zest sauce, tossed in minced garlic, parsley, onion, and a little red pepper flake. Nestled on 4oz of whole wheat pasta and served with our roasted broccoli in olive oil.
Low carb: Our low carb version will omit the pasta and sub in chopped cauliflower.
Extra protein: 5oz of shrimp
Low sodium: no added sodium will be used
