Shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and mozzarella cheese wrapped and grilled in a flour tortilla. Served with sliced celery and a cup of ranch for dipping.
Low carb / Profile: This will become a low carb, high fiber quesadilla instead of wrap.

Low sodium: Buffalo sauce is naturally very salty. Because of that, we can make the sauce "light" but cannot omit the sodium.
Vegetarian / Vegan: A tofu scramble will replace the chicken. The yogurt will be omitted.
