Chicken Marsala, Rice, and Carrots
Thin chicken breast and carrots simmered in broth and marsala wine over top of basmati rice.
Low Carb and Profile Option: Basmati rice will be substituted for 1 1/2 Cups of Broccoli and 1/2 C Carrots simmered in broth. Wine must be omitted.
Low sodium option: No sodium used in seasoning and broth will be cut in half portion and not simmered in it, but instead, topped with it.
Vegetarian / Vegan Option: Chicken will be substituted for grilled tofu. Broth will be a vegetable broth.
