Baked Oatmeal Squares
•  2 cups old-fashioned oats
•  1 C. Oat flour
​•  1/2 C. Muscle Gain, vanilla

•  1/3 C. Organic palm coconut sugar
•  2 tsp. ground cinnamon
•  2 tsp. baking powder
•  Generous pinch of salt
•  3/4 C. chopped prunes or raisins
•  1 C. shreaded coconut, unsweetened

•  1 C. Coconut milk
•  1 block tofu, silken
•  1/2 cup applesauce
•  1 tsp. maple extract
  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, Muscle Gain, coconut, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and prunes.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the coconut milk, tofu, applesauce, and vanilla and process until smooth. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
  • Let cool!  
  • Cut into squares.
  • Top with extra coconut and honey if desired.  Heat slightly or eat cold.

Protein Freezer Fudge
•  1/2 C. Refined Coconut Oil
• 2 packets of AdvoCare's Salted Caramel Meal Replacement Shake
• 1 t. Maple extract
• 1 pinch of Kosher salt
•  1/2 C. chopped pecans

Melt oil (or soften).  Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.  Press 'dough' between two pieces of wax paper.  Freeze on a cookie sheet for 20-ish minutes.  Remove and break into pieces.  Store in fridge in container for quick retrieval.

Veggie Patties

1 16 oz. Bag of frozen califlower
1 16 oz. Bag of frozen Broccoli
1 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Egg
2 Pinches Kosher Salt
Pepper, to taste
1/2 t. (or more to taste) Smoked Paprika


Steam the veggies.  Drain.  Combine in food processor.  Pulse until riced state.
*Drain well*
Mix in bowl with egg, spices, and cheese.
Cook over med-high heat in lightly oiled pan.  About 4 minutes each side until brown and stays together.  Let cool.
