Baked Oatmeal Squares
• 2 cups old-fashioned oats • 1 C. Oat flour • 1/2 C. Muscle Gain, vanilla • 1/3 C. Organic palm coconut sugar • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon • 2 tsp. baking powder • Generous pinch of salt • 3/4 C. chopped prunes or raisins • 1 C. shreaded coconut, unsweetened • 1 C. Coconut milk • 1 block tofu, silken • 1/2 cup applesauce • 1 tsp. maple extract

Protein Freezer Fudge
• 1/2 C. Refined Coconut Oil
• 2 packets of AdvoCare's Salted Caramel Meal Replacement Shake
• 1 t. Maple extract
• 1 pinch of Kosher salt
• 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Melt oil (or soften). Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Press 'dough' between two pieces of wax paper. Freeze on a cookie sheet for 20-ish minutes. Remove and break into pieces. Store in fridge in container for quick retrieval.
